Text messages
1. The program
Depo$it That runs a text message program called Depo$it That event texts. If you join, we'll send a confirmation text, a text if you win a giveaway at our October 15, 2026 event, and updates about future Depo$it That events. We also reply when you text HELP or STOP.
2. How you join
You join by entering your mobile number on our registration form and checking the box that says you agree to receive text messages. The box is never checked for you. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of entering the giveaway or of any purchase. If you leave it unchecked, we use your number only for this event's giveaway drawing.
3. How often we text
Message frequency varies, usually a few texts around each event.
4. Cost
We don't charge for our texts, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
5. How to stop
Text STOP to the number we text you from, at any time, to cancel. You'll get one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that we won't text you unless you sign up again. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, any reply that asks us to stop, and requests sent to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]]. To rejoin, text START to the same number.
6. Help
Text HELP to the number we text you from, or email [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]].
7. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your number
By joining, you confirm that you're the account holder for the mobile number you entered or have the account holder's permission to use it. If you change or give up that number, please text STOP from it first, or email us.
9. Privacy
We don't sell your mobile number, and we don't share it or your text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Giveaway rules
Sponsor
The merch giveaway at the Health & Wealth event on October 15, 2026 is run by Depo$it That (the "Sponsor").
No purchase necessary
You don't need to buy anything, pay to attend, or agree to receive texts to enter or win. A purchase won't improve your chances.
Who can enter
Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families can't win. Void where prohibited.
How to enter
Register with your mobile number on the event page before the drawing during the event. One entry per mobile number. Registering the same number again just updates your details; it doesn't add entries.
Prizes
Exclusive Depo$it That event merchandise. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Drawing and winners
Winners are picked at random from all eligible entries during the event at 6 St. John's Lane, New York, NY, on Thursday, October 15, 2026, and announced there. You must be present to claim a prize; if a winner isn't there, we'll draw again. If you agreed to texts, we'll also text you if you win. Your odds depend on how many eligible entries we receive.
The fine print
Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility. By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor isn't responsible for entries that don't arrive because of technical problems.
