Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Depo$it That ("we", "us") collects when you register on our event page for the October 15, 2026 Health & Wealth event and its giveaway, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]].
What we collect
- Your registration: your mobile number (your giveaway entry), the "hats" you select, and anything you type under "Other".
- Your consent record: if you check the box to receive texts, we save the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you were on, your IP address and your browser type, so we can show you agreed.
- Text message activity: replies you send to our number (including STOP and HELP) and whether our messages were delivered.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our host and the services listed below receive your IP address and browser details when you load the page.
How we use it
- To run the giveaway: one entry per mobile number, and drawing winners at the event.
- If you checked the box: to text you a confirmation, tell you if you win, and send updates about future Depo$it That events.
- To answer HELP requests, honor opt-outs and keep records of both.
- To understand who attends (the hats you pick) so we can plan better events.
- To keep the registration form free of spam and abuse.
If you leave the text box unchecked, we use your number only for this event's giveaway drawing, and we won't text you.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our text messages for us (our messaging provider and the mobile carriers).

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run this page and its texts for us, and only for that purpose:
- Netlify hosts the page and processes the registration form.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being used by a person, using your IP address and browser signals.
- Google stores registrations in Google Workspace and serves the page's fonts.
- Our text messaging provider and the mobile carriers send and receive our text messages.
- jsDelivr serves an animation library the page uses.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our guests or others.
Cookies
This page doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
If you didn't agree to texts, we delete your number within 90 days after the event. If you did, we keep it while you're subscribed. After you opt out or ask us to delete your information, we keep a minimal record (your number, the dates and the consent wording) for four years, so we can show we followed your choices.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]].
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We'll respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or service can be completely secure.
Children
This page and the giveaway are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
